“Ailes Anciennes Toulouse” (translated as Old Wings of Toulouse) is a volunteers association, whose main activity is the refurbishing of old “flying objects”: planes, helicopters, gliders as well as the collection of aviation paraphernalia.
The association, whose yard is located in the heart of the Airbus complex in Toulouse, celebrated this year, 2013, its 33rd anniversary.
As December, “Ailes Anciennes Toulouse” opens its doors to aviation enthusiasts or the simply curious during the “Aeronautics Christmas Market” event (the event features beside customary plane collection, aviation history books, aviation games and toys for kids and even aviation presenting paintings).
