Michelin Guide 2014 (and the South West)

There are 64 new Michelin stars awarded (brining the total of starred restaurants in France to a total of 610 establishments): 57 new 1 star – the youngest winner is Oscar Garcia, the 25 y.o. chef of “La table d’Uzès” (Gard department), 6 new 2 starred establishments and one new 3 started restaurant: “L’Assiette Champenoise” of the chef Arnaud Lallement in the department of Marne.

Noteworthy for the reason of price are the two “1 star” restaurants in the south west, that offer menus starting at €19:
