The Cabestany Art Center is dedicated to the anonymous sculptor - he did not sign any of his works and no documents about this person were ever found - that in the 12th century during the Romanesque art period, traveled and left, maybe together with his disciples, incomparable masterpieces in South West of France, North of Spain and North of Italy.
His art can be also admired in France at the Lagrasse, St. Papoul and St. Hilaire Abbeys.
