Pauillac Gironde Estuary Cruises

"Planet Cooking" and "Oenology Club" at Planet Bordeaux
Numerous events surrounding the wine, wine tasting lessons, wines and gastonomy, wine making less known information etc.
Events take place once a month at Planet Bordeaux.
"Printemps des châteaux" - Spring in the wineries
Each year during one weekend (usually the last weekend in March or the first weekend in April) the wine "chateaux" of Medoc open their doors for visits and free wine tasting.
It is an singular opportunity to visit during one weekend the world famous Medoc wineries.
Because of the limit of the number of visitors for some chateaux the registration to
"Maison du Tourisme et du Vin" of Pauillac is strongly recommended.

Carnival of Limoux
Starting in January and ending in April, Limoux's carnival is the longest in the world.

Boat Trip on Dordogne
A 50 minute boat trip on Dordogne river starting from the town of Beynac is offered by "Gabarres de Beynac" company.
The trip take place aboard of a "gabare", a replica of a 19th century boat.
